Marco Orsetti
Founder & President
A U.S. Navy veteran with 25+ years in power generation, Michael founded Avanti to solve the obsolete-parts problems the big OEMs won't touch. He still answers the phone on emergency calls.

For more than 30 years Marco has been involved in electrical power generation, and controls. After 6 years in the US Navy working on shipboard gas turbine engines for main ship propulsion and electric power generation, he moved on to work at General Electric (GE) for their Power Generation Division as a Field Engineer working on the mechanical overhaul of steam and gas turbines and generators.
He then went on to work at a 65MW cogeneration power plant on Long Island holding various positions from Maintenance Manager to Plant Engineer and Operations Manager. In 2002, he went back into the field working on mechanical and electronic control systems for steam and gas turbines and generators.
In 2015, Marco founded TCCS and has been growing the business exponentially ever since utilizing his natural gifts of entrepreneurship and invention.
Jimmy Orsetti
Director of Operations
An Airport Management graduate with eight years of experience directing large-scale airport operations. Expert in sourcing hard-to-find industrial power components.

Jimmy, Marco's eldest son, earned his Bachelor's Degree in Airport Management and managed a large-scale airport operation for eight years working among the world's most advanced aircraft. Jimmy's unmatched management skills go well beyond overseeing and delegation — he is never afraid to jump in and help to get the job done, no matter what the task is, and is always alert to ensure everyone's safety.
In late 2020 he began working as a turbine controls engineer for TCCS. Jimmy has a natural ability to procure and deliver hard to find industrial power parts which coined the idea to create Avanti Power Components, along with being a natural with any mechanical tool or task.
Joe Orsetti

A SUNY Maritime College mechanical engineering graduate and former Cross Sound Ferry Engineering Officer.

Joe, Marco's youngest son, graduated from the regimented engineering program at the State University of New York's Maritime College where he acquired a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a 3rd Assistant Engineering License. He went on to become an Engineering Officer with the Cross Sound Ferry.
Joe started with TCCS in 2018. Joe brings many talents and skills to the table in the realm of turbine controls, including being a very skilled and talented electrical engineer.
